I have to disagree here. I do think Washington will keep it within 14 but against Oregon? Its a tough call. I HATE the word lock because nothing is guaranteed in sports betting but my recommendations: N Ill -22.5, Baylor -17, Texas A&M -6.5, Michigan -3, I really like Alabama -27.5 too. Tease option: Wisconsin -3.5 and Stanford -2.
