The opening line (-17) was spot on. Rutgers will rely on the pass tonight. However L'Ville is very good against the pass. Rutgers will need to find some offense utilizing the run game. I don't see this as being close, but giving up what now is 19+ pts isn't something I want to do. So I'm betting the over.
