I know most of you will ignore this post. I know people will criticize me if I say this game is a LOCK! 
Yes, I'm a fan, however that doesn't mean I don't bet AGAINST NEBRASKA. Taylor Martinez is still out. Tommy Armstrong will make his 3rd start. Bo's a defensive minded guy and has been focused on making this young defense better. Purdue is horrible. Their freshman QB will be making his first start. This is the battle of the freshman QBs. Tommy Armstrong has not had a turnover and has Nebraska fans talking about a QB controversy when Martinez comes back. Purdues freshman Etling was 19-39 with 2 tds and 2 ints last week against Northern Illinois. Purdue is all excited because they scored 24 points last week and they think things are getting better! 
Purdue is next to last in red zone scoring. In 16 visits in the red zone they have scored 10 times. They turn the ball over. They have no defense. They lost to Wisconsin by 31 and Cin by 25. They hung in with Notre Dame but that is a HUGE rivalry game for them. Notre Dame had a horrible game and had to score 21 points in the 4th quarter to rally and win. Purdue only had 294 yards offense in that game. If you think that Purdue being at home is going to matter.... it wont. There will be just as much red in the stadium. Nebraska has never played in Purdue and Nebraska fans are traveling to this game. I can not think of ONE reason Nebraska wont win by 28. Nebraska has a bye week next week.... so they aren't looking ahead to anyone else. I'm betting huge on this game. I say Nebraska 52 Purdue 20
