What is the deal with this AZ St./USC line?

I liked Zona St when they were -7 thought they would roll. This line movement is scaring me. Why are people on USC, they've proved nothing to me.

Also, I want to wait and see how whiskey plays vs OSU to see how much Az St.'s win over them means

SC betters have cash and are close to Vegas. They are willing to bet on sheety teams. Line seems to lean towards SC in manny games because if this in my opinion.
