i've done a bit of research in the past and it seems like UNDER dominates OVER when two such teams play.
i think good D beats good O...... not sure about terrible O vs. terrible D. if it's passing, i'd give it to D (execution burden is on offense) but running i'd give to offense as it's not that hard to hand the ball off (basically the key execution is tackling by LB and S)..
anyone have mroe thoughts on this? tonna put a bit of work into it. look at some extreme examples.
