Yes, the current RLM/NLM is opposite whatever is highlighted in red.

If wanting to bet with the RLM, go opposite the red-highlighted line/total. RLM is if the line has actually moved. NLM is when the line hasn't moved, but over 70% of the public is on whatever is highlighted in red.

Anything in red means that at least 70% of the public is on that play, but the line is either going in the opposite direction (RLM), or hasn't moved but should have (NLM).
