sooner, my first inclination was NMS and the points, and i think it was only 39 at the time.

but UCLA can score fast, probably a chip on their shoulder and/or new elite team that wants to prove itself (lots of enthusiasm).

NMS has a good chance at zero points and giving up tons..... one thing i will say for NMS, in contrast to a newly horrible team like FIU, is that they probably have schemes/game plans tailored to not getting completely blown out.

wow, college games change fast. 31-0 at halftime. reminds me of nevada-FSU last week. pretty low scoring for quite awhile but FSU ends up with 62 points.

NMS must have a decent shot at covering here still

might be a close one. depends on who qbs in the 4th qt for ucla. should be 60+ to zero at the end of 3 qtrs. red zone turnovers.

yup, things turned back and forth again. 3rd quarter went pretty slowly and now i see ucla got a bunch of points pretty fast..... these lousy teams hold the excellent team for awhile, but it seems like the dam breaks.

how often do the truly horrible teams backdoor a cover? i think it's more like you are good if they somehow score 10 points throughout the game.

Fricking UCLA has about 150 penalty yards in this game. You would think the coaching staff would make some type of statement to the team. I have no idea how many were for unnecessary roughness.

any other teams come to mind?... totally agree on the observation BTW. not that it fits, but the speed at which ucla came back last week vs. nebraska said alot to me.

gota love teams like nm st who are a fade every single week regardless of the situation.

they might be the only one who is as bad as everyone thinks, even idaho and umass are capable of covering a spread.
