Uhm WTF was that ending in the ASU v. Wisc. game?

1st there should have been a delay of game penalty,

then the official doesn't spot the ball to allow Wisconsin to spike the ball

There was no band on the field, wtf happened.


Anyone that bet this game got hosed on that ending.
