you take 20-25 seconds and multiply it b how ever many changes of posessions there are and you could have up to 6 minutes of actual playing time negated......whew!!!

golly,
when you get air force playing navy, that game is going to fly by, probably pretty low scoring also...does anyone think that the oddsmakers have already adjusted...i.e. take the utep game for instance....do you think that if the rules would still be as last years rules, do you think the o/u would have been say 50,51 instead of 48..!!??
