Louisville-12.5/UK???

Why the hell is Louisville only a 12.5 point favorite? I understand this is an inter-state rivalry, but they're going to wipe the floor with UK. Easiest bet on Saturday for me.

Yeah I don't know if I'm being completely blind to something but I just don't see how Louisville is not going to cover this easily.
