Why is Duke only laying 4 at Memphis?

This line was at 6.5 now down to 4? Memphis still sucks right? This is one of those lines that makes you go .

Sometimes the obvious is the answer.... I like Duke... but maybe by single digits... 10 max

Duke isn't very good. Last year's record was a fluke -- outgained by 140 yards per game in the weak ACC. Memphis's improvement last year flew under the radar. Also a flat spot for Duke.
