3* LSU -34.5
Just take them every week their QB is healthy. Against TCU they fumbled on their four and allowed a kickoff return for a touch and still put a wire to wire whipping on a top defense. Les is going to have fun with this crop.

3* Duke -7
This is more a play against Memphis. It's ironic how a school located in such a great area of talent can be this bad. They can do neither run or pass and their defense is soft. A -7 line is a gift, take it.

2* Michigan -3.5
No, the number doesn't scare me. The back home series revenge game is a great set up for the wolverines.

1* UTSA +27
Do you believe? UTSA is a new program playing in their biggest game ever. Not enough? OK, they are also pretty good. If OK St isn't careful they could find a way to leave the Alamo Dome with an L.

1* Bowling Green -7.5
Put this one last because it is a big number on the road. BG is in mid season form, tip your hat to good coaching. I think its safe to ride them one more week. Kent will have to play mistake free to stay within a TD and I don't see it.

Those are the numbers I got early in the week. I actually see a -5.5 up there at the Greek so I got a bad number on this one. For tracking, I'm just going to use the numbers I got.

1* LSU -37 Like last week, keep ridin em. Kent St is not a terrible team so let's make this a 1*
1* Utah OVER 58 Both offenses in mid season form
2* Miss St +6 Wrong team favored.(see last years game) Auburn's one dimensional run O is not enough.
1* Tenn +27.5 Lost with this pick last year as Tenn blew a dead heat 1st half. But Tenn is a better team ty and that's too many points.
3* Texas -2.5 Ash out and the team reeling in what has to be one of the worst weeks in history for the players to walk around the campus with their football jersey on. What a great spot. Texas's 19 returning starters destroyed Ole Miss last year on the road. Of course they did it with the long pass and backup McCoy is not as good as Ash in that respect. Forget the X's and O's. This game can't come quick enough, it will be an effort for the ages and will end in redemption...of sorts.

LW 2-3 -2.3 units Year +6.7 units

2* Rutgers PK - Rutgers put up over 500 yards at Ark last year in a game they won outright. They are better ty.
1* Mich st +7 - ND's scoring defense has turned average along with their offense. There are two 7's up(bovada,5Dimes). ND was 7 points better than Purdue, not Mich St.
3* UL Monroe +29.5 - Baylor is the king of squareville these days. This line is double what it should be. Monroe put up 540 yards on Bay last year losing by 5. Both teams are better this year.
2* LSU -17 Auburn was fortunate to eek out a home win against Miss St LW. They are not good enough to stay in the game against LSU on the road. LSU went through the motions LW but expect a big effort in this conference opener.
3* Kansas St +6 Shouldn't the line be the other way around? Oddsmakers apparently not impressed that K St has won SU the last 7 out of 9 or the fact K St is 9-0 against the spread in the last 9 against the Horns? K St dominated a better Texas team LY winning outright by 18. JJ Gold could gain 140 yards rushing against this Horns run defense.

like few of these but def would stay away from Rutgers. Nova is gun shy from hits as is, off a concussion he's a back foot nightmare. RU's arguably best linebacker also missing this game. front 7 is strength of both teams, but Ark run game is something RU hasn't seen yet.

funny how Mich St still +7 at those two, can't help but notice how 5D is becoming the new bovada with lines shaded to overs and favs. dog/under players always going elsewhere now.

LW 2-3 Year +0.9 Units

3* Oregon Under 84 Cal plays a little offense between the 20's. The key to this Under is a) Oregon not getting over 60 and b) not letting cal get to 30. Both doable.

2* Fresno St -18 Fresno's stud QB will have a field day in this one. So can Hawaii hold serve? Absolutely not.

1* Arkansas +14 The A&M defense is simply terrible. The two touch down spot is too many even for Johnny Football. Ark gets their QB back and they could win this one.

1* Ohio St -6.5 Does it feel like a trap? It does... Let's make this a 1 star.
