I like this michgan state team a lot, if you follow my picks over last 2 years they are definately one of my go to teams in the big ten, I like their offensive play calling and tough defensive play style (penetrate gay ass spread offenses) and notre dame is one of my over-rated fades over the last few years, constantly being over-rated by the media, they had 0 right to be in the championship game last year because even middle tier SEC teams like south carolina would have whipped their ass, especially now that golson is gone, he was their offense, now with tommy rees back at quaterback, I definately think they will struggle to put up any points, thisll be the first real defense they play this year and I think they will be lucky to reach 17 pts, the big wild card for me though is the michigan state offense with connor cook, ive watched him a little bit in the tcu bowl game last year and hes not all that great ( better than tommy rees though in my opinion) but I think the coaching advantage in this one is far in favor of msu. I like mark dantanios play calling and think he knows how to put his team in the best position to win. brian kelly on the other hand has thrived in bad to mediocre conference winning a lot of games against bad teams, (i think the fact he has won coach of the year twice is a complete joke ) any halfway respectable team and coach has crushed him, dantanio is a very sharp minded football coach who has worked with other great coaches like saban and tressel, last year they lost 5 games by a combined 13 points and I remeber a few of them being as a result of some fluke bullshit combined with terrible officiating that kept them from winning the games. I am very confident in the +7 but am also good with the 3/1 ML (i mean clemsons not gonnna lose that game no matter what, go ahead and put your entire bankroll on clemson -600 if your into that sort of heavy ml favs) so basically the coaching advantage and the DEFENSE, msus defense was phenomanl last year and they have a good 7 returning starters from that unit....
also it helps when Im seeing a couple other cappers on this forum I respect like bifft and sk are leaning msu too....Comment -
Good luck Smut. MSU has a Top-5 defense, but Cook scares the shit out of me making his first road start. Guy is very high risk/high reward, which normally doesn't travel well. Also worried about their lack of established ground game, lack of a No. 1 receiver, and a rookie kicker. With all that being said, getting 7 in a revenge spot for a series they've traditionally done very well in until recently is enticing to say the least.Comment -

The MSU QB just needs to limit the stupid plays and manage the game for MSU to win. The points are icing on the cake. I bet with a local book so I don't get ML. When everybody likes a game it makes me think we have been manipulated by the odds makers. But I have had this one circled for a few weeks and following the progress of each team. Bollman is the worst coach in history of CF. As a Buckeye fan, I hated each and every week we took the field with him being our offensive cord under Tressel. OMG I can't stand him. When he left and found out that he went to Maryland for 1 year, then crapped out there, and ended up at MSU, I just laughed. Go to MSU 24/7 site and the 1st 2 weeks it was a meltdown from the fans on how Bollman was the worst coaching hire ever.Comment -
