If I recall, UGA sat Green waiting on NCAA's rulings. Turned out he sat first 4 games by time NCAA made ruling. That's what was damn frustrating. Nobody had a damn clue just new game day NCAA had not ruled so UGA would not allow him to play. Obviously the right thing to do by UGA but it was ridiculous how slow the NCAA moved knowing UGA was not going to let him play.
