Cal is probably the worst team in the Pac 12 North. 8 points is a good line. It is also the type of line that tries to get more Cal money in before the other Casino's jump in.Comment -

I can tell you I'm looking at that Arizona at UNLV already.
I know a lot of so called vegas experts are high on UNLV, but that means nothing.
I know Arizona is breaking in a new quarterback but do return some starters on defense, but it was a defense that gave up over 500 ypg.
I want to see how UNLV plays week one on the road at Minnesota.Comment -
The Arizona-UNLV game is sitting at Arizona -17 now, which is about right. In all honesty, it is a lousy game to play either way. Arizona will do enough to win. The question is by how much.Comment -
The Minnesota -14 over UNLV looks inviting to me.
The Golden Gophers will win the game but I guess the question is by how much. Folks, UNLV has won 2 games each of the last three seasons...they haven't been good and won't be good this year either. Why they kept a coach (Bobby Hauck) who is 6-32 is beyond my pay grade. He's done little to improve the situation/program and he can't compare to the job Jerry Kill is doing in Minnesota.
The Rebels have suffered 22 straight road losses. Their last road win was against New Mexico, a team that finished 1-11 that season. After this season's opener, they will have suffered 23 straight road losses.Comment -
what about this sleeper! Marshall and Rakeem cato -13 at home against miami ohio with very few starters returning. 2 touchdowns shouldnt be hard to cover seeing that they had one of the top offenses last year in a weak conference but against a weak ass conference team also.Comment -
Fred, Arizona will distroy UNLV. The Wildcats have a nice scrimmage game with Northern Arizona before traveling to Las Vegas. Neither team has a good defense but I'll take Rodriguez's offense to run up and down the field on UNLV.
The Wildcats averaged 38 points per game last season and will score at least that amount on a weak UNLV team. The next game is with UTSA so no pressure for a look ahead. My view right now is they cover easily.Comment -
J-Dice, I personally like this Marshall team. They had a good offense last season and should be even better this year. Many people are picking them to win the C-USA title. The HUGE problem last year for Marshall was they couldn't stop anybody...good grief they were bad giving up 40 plus points a game. Miami couldn't stop anyone either and Marshall certainly has the more potent offense.Comment -
Also duke -39 vs a weak north carolina central and their Q.B Renfree is gone so i dont think that much offense is getting pushed out. They won by 37 last year, blow out but not that much. Renfree accounted for 3 T.Ds that game also. They only rushed for 1 T.D and 128 yards. This will be a more run game that burns down the clock. So a big piece of that blowout is gone and they just barely covered by 2 points last year no way by 39 this year. Parlay this with marshall -13 and you got a bankroll to play with! Thank me in a couple weeks!!
