I think Alabama will be pretty good considering how young they are. SEC is always a battle though. I plan on taking Pags' advice and focusing on specific conferences. I had a really good year last year and plan to follow it up. I was planning on betting college hoops this year, but after some careful analysis decided to hold off. I am glad I did. Not saying that money can't be won at both, but I believe I have a much better sense of what I'm doing right here. Man, I can almost smell the pork sausage chili now...are the leaves falling yet?

On a side note...I played Little Lotto last night and got 4 out of 5 numbers right. If my "21" had been a "9" I would have won $225,000. Damn.

O man that would have been an unreal pay day. I got pork venison chili on the menu for tomorrow. HM HM. I know what you mean, I jumped into the NFL/CFB season late so i cant wait for the new seasons to start. I think football will be my bread and butter.

Cougar....I like the idea of staying on one conference. I played SEC last year and do pretty good. I did play a little big 12 as well and did OK but really stunk when I bet ACC Big 10 and PAC10 ............I was getting real good or lucky at over/under last year......cant wait to get started.

Over unders are tricky. I have had some moderate success with them, but I always like to play the spread and usually don't do parlays or money lines. I don't know why, I guess I'm just more confident with the spread and that seems to have worked so far. Yeah, I'm liking playing specific conferences...watch Pags for ACC and PAC10 and guru-t likes CON-USA. I prefer Big-10 but last year made good money on ACC and SEC. Anyone get anything out of the scrimmage games yesterday?
