    5Doimes Futures For Week 1
Here are somme future odds posted by 5Dimes for week one. Be advised that they are a rip off because all of these lines are -120. No one in their right mind pays that kind of vig. The lines with my comments:

    USC -19 @ Hawaii. Pass.
Tulsa -4 @ Bowling Green. Maybe a bit too much. I would consider -2.5.
South Carolina -9 vs North Carolina. What happened to -14.5? Someone got screwed.
Vandy -2 vs Ole Miss. Ole Miss is the play if they go off as a Dog.
Penn State -5 @ Syracuse. Too many question marks for my liking.
Auburn -12 vs Washington State. Wazzu is really terrible in their first lined game (1-7 ATS). Auburn has a lot to prove at home. Watch this line.
Notre Dame -22.5 vs Temple. Really? Does anyone care? If you must, take Temple and the points.
Alabama -24 vs Virginia Tech (N). I can't see 'Bama losing this game, but giving 24 is another matter. I can't give 24 points to a team coming off of an embarassing season and returning 9 starters on defense.
Clemson -2 vs Georgia. This is the best game of the opening week. Pass. Too close to call.
LSU -6.5 @ TCU. I would prefer waiting until halftime and taking LSU in a 2nd half wager.
Colorado pk vs Colorado State (N). Both teams return a lot of players off of terrible seasons. Pass.
Florida -8.5 @ Pitt. How many players will Pitt have left? 8.5 is a good number. Lean State.

    (N) detotes Neutral Site Game.

Junk, I really like Ole Miss in the opener against Vandy.

Alabama was the favorite in all 14 games last year and went 7-7 ATS in those games. I agree Bama wins but giving 24 points to a Frank Beamer team with a Bud Foster defense is a bit much in my view. Line playing off national title with the public.

I agree Clover. Virginia Tech will be playing for a lot of revenge because of last season's fiasco. Beamer teams that lose 4 or more games normally bounce right back the next year. 24 is too mny points. 10-14 is about right.

Sorry Bigdaddy, just realized I used the wrong name.

When do you normally go to Vegas for the Golden Nuggets early lines? Is that June or
July when they allow players to make bets?
