Phil Steele has come out with his early 2013 preseason top-25 college football teams. Steele has a publication that is well worth getting each year and has a good track record with his preseason poll...especially his top-10.

10. Louisville
11. Clemson

13. Florida State
14. Oklahoma

21. Oregon State
22. Oklahoma State

24. Wisconsin
25. Southern Cal

* The SEC is well represented in Steele's top-10 with 5 teams.
* The Pac-12 has 2 teams in the top-5.
* After playing in the NCG, he has Notre Dame ranked seventh.
* No way Mississippi State shouldn't be a top-25 in my opinion.

A&M and Notre Dame are way too high. Louisville is too low. They will not lose more than one game, if that.

Bigdaddy, Notre Dame is kind of a puzzle to me as to how good they will actually be. You know the Irish will get all the press and attention if they get off to a good start. I'm thinking they will have some struggles this season.

Louisville has the quarterback and schedule to run the table...but it's never easy.
