#36Tulsa couldn't even sell out their home stadium of 30K for the CUSA championship last weekend. I wouldn't put too much emphasis on location for this game.Comment -

#39dle,
Muncie, Indiana is a long way from Alabama. If they couldn't get people to show up for the Conf USA Championship why wouldn't you put emphasis on them not having a crowd? If they wouldn't go for that game (which was much closer) why would they travel for this one...especially since they are no longer undefeated?
MSU,
Can't strongly disagree with any of those picks.

#43Tulsa was the team with the CUSA championship attendance problems. Not to mention they are the smallest Division I football team as far as school enrollment and they always play in the GMAC, so people are likely bored with it after a disappointing finish to the season.Originally posted by Cougar Baitdle,

Well, either way I think I'll stay away from that one. I would really like some opinions on Northwestern/Missouri though if anyone has a lean and why.

NO reason too, MSU will loose. They just don't have what it takes. Bottom line. Take UGA and the -5.5 now if you canOriginally posted by dleCan UGA stop Javon Ringer?

#47I went to the Ball St game
They didn't show me any reason to take them for any game again this season. They truly were flat the whole game. I think this is a setup for everyone to put money on Tulsa based on that shitty performance with Buffalo. There was no reason for Buffalo to win that last game but yet they won big and I see this as a major setup game. Watch the betting major heavy on Tulsa and at the last minute just like the Ball st game the big money goes the other direction.Originally posted by dleTulsa couldn't even sell out their home stadium of 30K for the CUSA championship last weekend. One mans opinion: Ball St wins by 1 or 2 tdsComment -

#50ND is imploding...badly. I like HI early (without looking at their schedules, stats, tc). I'm not sure how much line movement there will be because there should be a lot of ND homers out there (still), and UG's beatdown of HI last year may still haunt some people.Originally posted by Slick DLove Hawaii -2, they had cincy beat and let em off the hook. Notre Dame against Syracuse and USC........ehhhh. Could be a rout.Comment -

#52I would avoid Texas Tech (-6) and take Virginia Tech on the ML.
Everyone on this forum should pound the shit out of Oklahoma State (-3.5). That's an absolute steal.Comment -

#53So far,I'm really on Rice-3-LaTech+2and NCSt+7.The Navy pick worries me a bit as this is a rematch from earlier this year in which the Middies beat WF at Wake.Tough to beat a team twice.Especially in this game due to the extra time that Wake has to prepare. They know that Navy will try to run the ball down their throat so I see Wake having ample time here to shut down their run.I see Wake learning from the first game with Navy as it will help them to victory(I think).Although just a slight lean to Wake at this point.Comment -

#54I have no idea why nobody is looking at Clemson here. They finished the season winning 4 of their last 5 while also dealing with a coaching change. They love their new head coach which was very evident in the schalaking they put on South Carolina. I think they step up against Nebraska.
I am also loving Penn. St. at +10. They have a strong defense that will get a couple of picks from Sanchez. I think the under in this game is also a strong play, but 10 pts. is waaaay too much to give here.Comment -

#56dle,
I don't play money lines but thanks for the advice. Any specific reasons why you don't like Texas Tech? I was thinking being left out may prove to make the Red Raiders' blood boil...and last shot for Harrell and Crabtree (maybe) to show off before the Senior Bowl.
Tigers1230,
Haven't spent too much time dissecting that one. Good point though. I think I skipped over it because of a bad taste still left in my mouth from an early loss this year. No ideas yet for the USC/PSU match up.
guru,
Post em here when you're done. I'm always looking for new angles.Comment
