Who Is the Most Overrated College Football Coach?

Off hand I can't think of anyone more deserving of the honor than "Big Game Bob" Stoops. Not sure it shouldn't be a team trophy presented to the whole Stoops clan. What makes them even more galling is the arrogance that accompanies their incompetence.

I'm not sold on not being sold on Kiffen yet. Barkley's INTs go back to highschool and aren't his fault and there's not much he can do with their depth issues, yet he's still brought in some good recruits.

I feel like people are just kind of assuming Brady Hoke is going to turn Michigan around. Maybe he will, but he hasn't done all that much yet.

LaMe Kiffin indeed, the smug jerk reminds one of every spoiled "I'm entitled" rich frat boy they've encountered somewhere.

Kirk Ferentz of Iowa should be in the discussion as well. I marvel at how he has been able to extort the U of Iowa into giving him million $$$ raises and extensions over the years by threatening to go to the NFL. His blatant nepotism and preferential treatment of his player son is stunning as well.

Definitely going to have to buy more than one trophy for this award.

Only name I've seen so far that doesn't belong is Brady Hoke. Look at his body of work, he turns losing programs into winning ones everywhere he goes. It is ridiculous to even mention his name in this thread.

LSU fan and season ticket holder here. Les Miles has to be the most overrated and over paid coach in college football. He's a great motivator, recruiter and person, but as a coach, play caller and clock manager he sucks!!!
