Utep Debacle

First of all,I would like to apologize to anybody that I influenced on taking UTEP today.I know one thing,I'll never put another write up about a game like I did that one.It turned out to be a horrible pick.A pick that I lost my ass on.The thing that really bothers me is that I probably caused other people to lose money.I don't know if yall watched the game,but at the beginning,the announcers were talking about the UTEP players were throwing up on the way over from their hotel to the game on the bus.I'm not trying to make excuses,but something was wrong with them.I give ECU's defense credit,they were tough.But UTEP did everything that a football team can't do when trying to win a football game.Turnovers,penalties,ect.I know I'll probably get some rough feedback,and deservedly so,but could really use the encouragement instead.This one hurt!Hopefully UCLA can come through tonight to somewhat salvage a tough loss.
I just wanted to let yall know that I'm taking full responsibility for this.Everything pointed in UTEPS favor.I obviously didn't do a good enough job capping this game.

My advice would be to either keep your bets low or bet less games. I've only got 5 picks this week, and I usually play 8. I phoned in my bet on the UTEP game to my bookie and he didn't get it in time, so I lost no dough on that one. I'm still gonna mark it as a loss though, since I posted it. Big diff is in our money management styles.
I lost my usual 1 unit on this game.

Don't get discouraged and continue to post yur plays.
I think from an earlier post of yours that you won't come on 'quite so strong' and I certainly agree with that.

I'm sorry to hear that... just curious, is there a particular reason why you would put the same game in three separate cards?

There were a lot of bad games Friday. If Boise would have lost both the spread and the Over I would have lost all my bets for the fist time this year. These games keep getting tougher no doubt. At this point flipping a coin doesn't sound like a bad idea. Still glad I didn't take your advise.

If your 9-3 just keep ripping it up. Press on. One game isn't your whole season. Advise take less games like the fellows above suggested. Maybe tread lightly on advise as well. Good luck as well we all need that % of luck on our side if were betting big.
