i think both of these are solid plays and i think they both can win out right especially NIU.....coming from a non qualifying conference in a big game is all the motivation a team needs in the world. FSU not so good in these spots going 1-6 in bcs games. i think the over in the florida state game has some value as well......thoughts anyone?

im a boise state fan and this is a team from their old conference that did something this year that boise state always fell short of doing every year this is a great spot for them
