The weather channel states that there is 100% precipitation in Bronx, New York (Yankee Stadium). Ten mph winds will have snow gusting throughout the stadium and these teams will have some trouble scoring. West Virginia is 7th in the nation at scoring, while Cuse is at 61st. Both teams know how to score and their defenses, as of late, have been looking better. The weather will play another defense for both teams and I see 70 points being too much to achieve.
