Will the weather affect the total of the game more for the under or over?!

My local has the total at 71

Snow might not matter much either way. Rain and wind definitely favors the under. If there are snow flurries and it's hard to see then it affects a passing game. If you are specifically talking about the WV/Syracuse game I went ahead and took the under. 71 points is a lot...certainly easily obtainable when WV is playing but I am thinking it won't be like playing in a dome.
