Ohio is a bottom of the barrel MAC team. Lost their last 4 of 5 games. Barely beat Massachusetts and Buffalo earlier on in the season. ULM should beat them soundly but so far this bowl season is not going according to script for the big favorites.

Well I just made the ML move at legends. Took UL Monroe to win a 1000 on the ML. No way this favorite loses. Looked at some numbers and Monroe in their home state is a solid pick. GL all. Line went from 315 to 330 right after I bet it.

Yeah it still matters. It shows what they are capable of. Doesn't matter when the game was played as long as it happened. They passed the eye test to me back then couple that with a good experienced qb in Tettleton and I am tempted to bet them. With that said I think the play here is Monroe ML.

As long as Kolton Browning comes to play, they got this. Ohio self-destructed at the end of the year and against a high powered offense like ULM, it shouldn't be close.

This is coming from a guy who was high on Fresno St too so who the hell knows with Bowl Season.

First bowl game in 19 years for UL Monroe...I think they came out strong, maybe a first quarter play. (Like Duke today after their first bowl game since who knows when). MAC has looked good so far in bowl season though. Tough game to call for me.

I think I'm actually gonna sleep through this one, UL Monroe's leading rusher is their QB at 441 yards and they lost to Auburn. Tettleton and Blankenship are experienced and have some good numbers for Ohio. Sun Belt already fcked me once so the MAC angle goes out the window here. I'd actually feel better with the points here, I can't bring myself to back a team with a leader rushing with only 441 yards and it's not really a balanced running attack. Blankenship probably runs all over them and if Tettleton can play well, I like Ohio more and more now though their D does suck. Screw this game, not worth the headache IMO.

They opened the season beating Penn St., which had all the distractions like Paterno and Sandusky going all around them. Penn St. wasn't prepared back then.
