Wisconsin sucks! Both teams can suck but that is irrealvent. Capping is about who sucks less. IMO Wisconsin sucks more.

Both teams have issues at QB, mr Martinez is a scrub as much as Phillips is. The only question is can the Badgers run against Nebraska -last game they could not only 2.8 per carry.
Nebraska out gained wisky 450-290- so it's gonna come down to can the badgers run the ball and play defense-the whole game
