Pick: Miami Ohio +7 (-110)

The Cardinals have had a satisfying season at 8-3 and will be playing in a Bowl game. But, it hasn't quite been as satisfying as they woukd have liked as they will not be in the MAC Championship game. This becomes somewhat of a throw-away game for them and I think it will be hard for them to deliver the "A' game here. This is the end of the line for the Redhawks as they enter here at just 4-7. They have dropped five of their last six but the win shows they are more than capable as they beat a then-unbeaten Ohio U team here for the lone win. When you consider that three of Miami's losses came to Ohio State, Boise State and Cincinnati, the Redhawks aren't as bad as the record suggests. In their last 25 games vs. good teams (.600 to .750), Miami is 19-6 ATS. Ball State has had trouble in this series at 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings. I see a close game on their hands. Play on Miami Ohio.
