Pitt led ND by 14 in the 4th. Missed a makeable fg in OT for the win. Yes, they haven't had a good year overall, but they are surely capable of beating Rutgers

Vegas has sucked at putting a line on RU all year now. Either they lay too much or give too much. RU's D is plenty fine in this one to win, could be a replay of the Cincy game.
