I use several sites and threads to make a spreadsheet of the picks. (A lot of Madden's so thanks). But I only use the pickers that I can find have a winning record. I then figure out the consensus picks of pickers with good records. In other words I try to weed out all the "riff raff" of "loser pickers". Thought I'd share it with you guys. Below is the team and how many "winning" pickers picked for them versus against. I didn't include "pushes". Take it for whatever it's worth.
