Penn State & Arizona State win outright?

I think there's value in placing some money on the ML for these two teams, but I'm unsure. Thoughts?

I see value in both. I think Penn st wins outright. If ASU can hang close, the pressure could get to USC. You have to figure that it will tough for Neb and USC to come out with emotional intensity after draining games last week for both squads.
