Any ideas why the "sharps" would be on Army here? Line drop from 18 to 17.

Probably just looking at how inconsistent big east teams are at covering. I wouldnt be scared though, army is horrible rutgers should be up at least two touchdowns by half

Agree, I am on Army +17.5

Rutgers is over rated along with Louisville.
