No kidding. The image isnt displaying full size enough to see, but his hand has FULL possession with the ball half way over the line. Clearly someone is incompetent or turned a blind eye

That was ridiculous. Takes away from his Heisman stats. Also notice his elbow is down there too. That is at least down on the inch yard line. NOT A FUMBLE. I cannot believe that this still happens in football after replays. Seen it happen to a bunch of teams this year.
