Purdue has been garbage this year. They havent won one Big 10 game this year and have wins against crappy teams. On top of all of that, they lost to a crappy Minnesota team last week. I see Penn State winning big against Purdue! Penn State's defense will give Purdue's offense trouble. I think -4 is a gift for Penn State today.
