Simply put, South Carolina does not have a prayer of getting within 21 points in this game -- even in garbage time.
You will see 3 INTs given up by South Carolina in this game. One of their QBs is A true frosh who will get rocked by the Swamp intensity. When the picks are thrown, you should expect that those INTs will be converted to easy points for UF. USC will not be able to rush the ball, as they average only 2.9 yards per carry.
On the other side of the ball, The South Carolina defense has been strong, but they are about to face the most offensively speedy team I have seen in my lifetime. Good defenses (LSU, Georgia, Vandy) have tried to slow the UF machine, all have failed. So will USC. And you can't count on turnovers to keep USC close, as Tebow has only thrown 2 picks all year. He tucks the ball and makes big gains rather than stupid throws. Chris Smelley is the opposite.
The only question is: after Tebow is removed from the game in the 3rd quarter, will USC be able to get a cover in garbage time? My answer is NO. They just don't have the offensive weapons to get back into the game, even against Florida's substitutes.
Do not let USC's ability to score points against the likes of Arkansas and Tennessee cloud your judgment. This game will be a blow-out that Florida will win by 33+ points. They are saving their best for the 'ol ball coach.

I felt good about S.Carolina in a teaser at +28. As unreal as the Florida offense is, SC has the best defense in the SEC. Let's hope for Florida 31, South Carolina 7.Comment -
SC has better defense than LSU, UGA, and Vandy. Where did you see that Smelly will be playing. He hasnt played since about the 3rd or 4th week to the best of my knowledge. Garcia has been the starter as of late and is is head and shoulders above Smelly.
And never count out Spurrier, as much as I hate him he is a caoching legend and will not hold anyhting back. Expect to see no less than 3 trick plays, including fake punts/FGs etc...
SC covers thiis game IMO. gonna be alot closer than most are banking on.
