Tulsa has better scoring offense and scoring defense. Why is Arkansas favored other than homefield? Is it because Arkansas is an SEC team?

Tulsa's last four opponents: UAB, Marshall, UTEP, and Rice...significant step up in class to play at Arkansas

Arkansas plays better teams. They do get blown the hell out though and their season's a wash. I don't really see them blowing teams out down the stretch.
