LSU QB Mettenberger looked like a stud
in the 2nd half at Texas A&M

I'm not saying Bama wont cover but LSU did open up the
offense a bit in that 2nd half. the guy is capable and LSU
has some play makers but Les Miles had been too conservative with his
play calling for quite sometime.

LSU will have to open up the playbook to hang with Bama
thats for sure.

At first glance before i saw the line i was thinking of
backing Bama but i thought the line would be around 6.

9.5 is too many points to lay on the road.

I think this is a no play for me. There may be a little value on
LSU ML though bc if Alabama wins this game there is no
way they lose this year.

I usually don't bet on the Tigers since I'm from just about a hour ad half out of Baton Rouge and the Tigers are my team. However, with an extra week to prepare last week you best believe Les will have some stuff up his sleeve. Will it work? Never know, but what I do know is if LSU wins in the trenches which they can then this game could be a nail bitter. Bama is an extremely good opponent, but they have yet to play anyone (dont consider State a Real legit team) Let's just see what happens.
