You take LOUISVIILE to the BANK !!
Louisville just came off a game against USF, which was good preparation for Cincinnati since both teams use a dual-threat QB. Cincinnatti's QB Munchie Legaux is only completing 53% of his passes, and last week in his first road game of the year he only completed 41% of his passes against a god-awful Toledo MAC passing defense that gives up 300 PASSING YARDS PER GAME. Louisville, giving up only 213 ypg and with 14 sacks, is going to rattle Legaux tonite and force him into bad throws and constant scrambles. They held BJ Daniels (who averages 245 yards per game against far better competition to what Legaux has faced) to only 189 yards on 55% completions last week. They will not be intimidated by Legaux.

This is a revenge game for Louisville, so don't expect them to let Cincinnati off the hook. This Louisville team is the best team that Charlie Strong has had in his three years. They returned 15 starters this year, including the dynamic QB Terry Bridgewater, while last year they only had 10 returning starters (3 on offense) and yet still finished 7-6. Last year they led Cincinnati 16-7 at half time on the road, despite having 6 FEWER returning starters to what Cinci had. The TABLES ARE REVERSED for this year, as Cincinnati is a very young team on offense with only 4 returning starters from last year. When you put that kind of inexperience into a hostile night environment in only their second road game, and against a good defense, bad things will happen to you.

X-Factor: Cincinnati will be in their second game without DE Walter Stewart, who is their sacks leader and defensive captain. If Bridgewater has time to throw tonight (he will), expect Michaelee Harris and Eli Rogers to have enormous games.

    LOUISVILLE -3.5

POSTSCRIPT: "Machine, you were way off on UL-Lafayette on Tues night. Fu#% You, I don't trust your opinions." Let me tell you motherfu%*ers something: ULL was missing both of their leading wide receivers in that game (Peoples and Lawson) but both were listed as probable prior to the game. Lawson was in for 5 snaps and then left. I did not factor their absence into my analysis. And then, for some dumb ass reason, the ULL coaching staff bottled up Broadway and wouldn't give him ANY plays where he could rush the ball. Arkansas State gives up over 200 yards per game on the ground, and yet Hudspeth tried to convert Broadway into a pure pocket passer and did not exploit the rush defense in his game plan! Why not? I don't know. Alonzo Harris was only fed the ball 7 times and yet he averaged 4 yards per carry. Why didn't he get the ball more? Plus, factor in FIVE turnovers, and you have the makings of a blowout, which is what happened. Coaching staff = FAIL

Nice call on ULL's defense. I mean, they only gave up 526 yards. I'm sure it was because the were missing 2 WRs.

This guy is just all kinds of awesome. He misses a play by almost 30 points and writes 400 words about why it wasn't his fault
he made such a shitty pick.

Would it kill your ego to say, "hey guys, I missed on this one"? Why is that so hard?

It's gambling. A good gambler runs at what, 60%? if they're lucky. That means they swing and miss 4 times out of 10. It's okay to say you missed on one, instead of writing a rambling paragraph that makes you look like a psychopath.

My thoughts exactly. Aside from losing to Toledo, Cincy has played Fordham and Delaware State. Weak ass schedule

I like Ville first half but I'm pretty concerned with their 2nd half collapses??? They seem to get real lax coming out of the half and allow teams to hang around and come back. I think I lay them first half but Cinci 2nd half based solely on trends...

What makes you think this guy "Machine" is a good capper......? I need docs please.....

Machine can we get a power rating for this revenge thing you're talking about or should we add half point to the spread for this angle.

I think Machine is bottled up....he's not gonna let his reputation go like this.

Let me get this right. A guy's value is determined in the number of posts he has?

By that logic, TTWarrior should be the greatest capper alive. Oh wait, that doesn't add up.

I have no idea if ** is good or not, none. We all lose, we all win.

Listen, I think you need to start over and read what I wrote.

WE ALL WIN. AND WE ALL LOSE. Nothing wrong with that. NOTHING.

I poked fun at Machine when he wrote 400 words on why he lost his pick. He blamed everyone he could think of. His pick was solid, except for the fact that he lost.

And let's not kid ourselves. Machine is trying to drum up as much attention for himself as he possibly can. For god's sake, can his Louisville font get any bigger?

He wants you guys lapping at his nutsack. But when he loses, he just can't get himself to say "I capped that wrong".
Let me ask you this. Looking back through his history, one things seems to be predictable. Machine will lose his mind when someone criticisms him and bolt for months. He's done it multiple times. I hope the guys kills it, but let's be honest. If he doesn't, do you think he'll be long for this board?
