Florida State - Running Back Chris Thompson Out

Chris Thompson, the Noles leading rusher, has torn his ACL and will be done for the year. He has 687 yards, five touchdowns on 91 carries. James Wilder is his backup with 369 yards, seven touchdowns on 61 carries.

Line supposedly opened at -25.5 against Duke. Now it's -28. Dissapointed it's moving in that direction, despite a season ending injury for a lead RB.

Just something to be aware of if you're interested in this team.

I'm locked and loaded on Duke -28. FSU is a paper tiger. Their offense is flawed but not really exposed in the awful ACC. Duke sucks but a few plays here and there and it will be hard for FSU to cover such a high line.

Agreed. Line inflated. I'll take the easy way out & throw FL State in a 13pt teaser w/ other heavy favs (Standford, Bama, Utah).

I also agree that Duke would be a good choice here, as they have the offense to put some points on the board.

duke +28 is the play
