LA Tech over Idaho is a good one. North Carolina DESTROYED them.

Clemson is tricky (I'm actually a life-long, DIE HARD Tiger fan). I pulled the trigger on -3 against Auburn, took Ball State +28 when we played them, and was all over them at -9.5 when it opened against BC. Stayed away from GT and plan to on this one also. I'm wondering if Clemson will see heavy public action and like always some big money will see the value in a still-good VT team around +10. Bud Foster's defense was BURNED twice by us last year, so you'd have to think he's dialing up something to slow it down. Though I don't think they have the talent to hang with the Tigers. It's not a night game, so the HFA isn't AS great (still good though). Possibly try to middle? Maybe grab VT at +10 and wait and get Clemson at -7 or even 6.5? It opened at -11 at the Wynn and is down to -9 now.

I wouldn't trust GT further than I could throw them fwiw. These damn ACC teams are so unpredictable (look at FSU).

Not only that but Idaho is absolute a$$. I am 99% sure they have lost every game ATS this year. They would be the ultimate fade parlay.

Don't undervalue the Sun Devils at home. Game in Tempe, fans will be hyped. I think the Sun Devils cover here and make it a game. Won't have the balls to play them ML but might be a fairly large play on the spread.

This might add a slight lean towards Clemson: http://espn.go.com/college-football/...ia-tech-hokies

Honestly, I hate taking large spreads even though I know a team is highly capable of doing it.... anything over 20 kills me.... skeptical of taking anything over 14 at times too. I mean, I knew Mizzou and Bama would most likely hit, but too scared to put it in my parlay.

I do like taking them this year, but last year the large spreads were pay day!

I really like the La Tech game as well. I may want to lock that amount in ASAP.

I have LA Tech holding down a couple teasers. They're my favorite play this week. GT is a head case; I can't fool w/ them anymore. Big spreads are low-hanging fruit and easy pickings for a noob. It's relatively simple to weed out the teams that consistently don't cover, follow the teams & coaches that love a blow out and/or fade a few trustworthy dogs.
