    ND talk?
I think they have a good shot of winning but 7 seems a bit much. Over the years they've had a tough time covering bigger numbers. Is this years team different like some are saying or just a glimmer of hope for a somewhat forgotten team?

I don't want to piss off any big time ND people, i just wanna keep winning money. I am watching the game with some big time ND'ers and i need to decide just moneyline or lay the 7.

I'm one of those ND people who used to lay the big points and get bit in the butt every time, but this year I stopped because they have done it to me too much. That being said, I am finally starting to believe that this team IS different. I do think they will win by 7-10, but would I be willing to put money on it, no. It could end up being similar to the Purdue game where whoever has it last is going to win.

I'm thinking a decent, not big, bet on ND ml. That way I can cheer with them and most likely win the bet.

Really like the Irish laying 7 at home. Notre Dame defense is playing lights out so far. LB Manti Te'o is a beast.

Laying a TD or less isn't bad with a defense like the Irish have, home crowd and revenge. Irish only giving up 7.8 points a week. Offense has nice balance. Card defense looked soft against Zona. Nunes had nice numbers, but will see a lot more pressure by Irish. Impressed with size and play with both def/off lines of Stanford, but feel Irish will take this by 10 or more.

ML -270 ? I'd buy a 1/2 to 6 1/2 (-120) if I was unsure and wanted action. I'm comfortable laying 7 and it's one of my bigger plays of the day. gl

I think 7 is about right. I expect Stanford and their baby QB (Nunes) to fold under the pressure of playing at Notre Dame. The Irish defense is pretty solid. I expect a close game at the half, with Notre Dame up by 2 scores heading into the 4th quarter.

I'm not a Notre Dame fan at all, but I think -7 is a pretty good value for this solid Irish team. Stanford has a very vanilla offense, with straight downhill running, and play action to their tight ends. They cycle through about 12 plays, and they don't really have any speed or breakaway players. This will play right into the defense of Notre Dame. The Irish should be able to contain them without much of a problem. On the other side of the ball, Golson is just now getting it going, and it looks like they are finally starting to loosen the reigns and let him do his thing. Notre Dame has a completely different style than the Arizona offense that gashed Stanford last week, but I think they will be able to move the ball well enough to outpace the Cardinal offense. Look for Notre Dame to win by two touchdowns and cover.

Looks like the Stanford front 7 is imposing their will. Honestly, I thought Notre Dame had a better passing game than what they are showing.

ND about to get fukked here. Refs may give Stanford a TD here.

Wow, home cooking there. It looked like Stanford runner got over the line for a TD but since I had ND -7, I'll take the push.

The recovery in the endzone is irrelevant cannot advance a fumble on 4th down FYI before someone mentions that. Whether that left elbow was down is tough, or if the ball starts squirming before he gets to the goal line, honestly I think it was a TD but tough to overturn.

Thank you Touchdown Jesus. I'll throw a little extra in the collection on Sunday if you can come through with the Gamecocks tonight.
