Worse defense: Texas or Nebraska?

Never thought I'd see the day when I'd consider these programs as having two of the worst defensive units I've ever seen.

If I'm a fan of either program, I'm seriously wondering why both Brown and Pelini let their defenses get this bad.

Texas acts like the goal is to avoid contact.

The number of 3rd and 4th downs they've allowed WVU to execute without contention is a joke.
