New Mexico State Underdog at home vs FCS School ?!
I mean, the Aggies are bad, pretty bad. But a FBS School getting plus money @ home against a team that plays it's first true roady against a FBS school.

Yeah they are in the WAC now, but haven't played any FBC School so far instread of Southern Alabama to open the season and where they won late by a 51 yard field goal. 4-0 so far, but only beaten bs teams. Haven't seen a FCS/FBS transition team be favored on their first road game so far.

          Some quotes:

This week's game against Texas-San Antonio, a program transitioning from its last year in the FCS, was supposed to be a sure win for the Aggies. It still seems to be the game on NMSU's schedule most likely to produce a win, but if there's a program that could lose a game like this, it's hapless New Mexico State.
"No rest for the weary," NMSU coach DeWayne Walker said. "We got to figure out a way to get it done this weekend."

UTSA were expected to head in to their first ever WAC game as underdogs, but those odds have been getting shorter as UTSA ride a five game winning streak heading in to their road game on Saturday night against New Mexico State.

Coach Larry Coker was looking forward to the test, "You look at our schedule and you see the first four games on paper. Two of the teams we should beat (Texas A&M-Commerce, Northwestern Oklahoma State). Then you look at the other two (South Alabama, Georgia State), and they are equal to us and we beat them on the road. The rest of our schedule, all the teams are better than us on paper and we will have our hands full. New Mexico State has a good quarterback with some big receivers that make big plays, and that’s one thing we have not defended very well."

UTSA hasn't faced a guy like Aggies WR Austin Franklin, who leads all players at receiving yards with 522/6 TD's after 4 games. Also, UTSA Kicker Sean Ianno, who is 7/7 FG so far including game winning 51 yarder at SO Alabama, isn't expected to play due to injury.

I have to say, I think NMSU is the play here, but I haven't spent much time capping this one.
