Don't really understand why the Cyclones are underdogs here, other than the fact that Vegas never really respects them much.

Lot of disrespect for ISU thus far, they were dogs against Iowa and Tulsa @home. Tech isn't anywhere near as bad as last year's implosion would make you believe though. At the very least i would've said PK here.

Iowa State is a solid team and Jantz has played well so far. However, this team is not built for a shootout which is what I believe could be the case. This is a defense first team that needs to turn this into an ugly, low scoring game. 2 weeks ago they were -35 against Western Illinois. I wanted to hit Western Illinois and the under but couldn't find the game on the board. I didn't believe Iowa State would score 35 pts. They won 37-3. Texas Tech is 4th in the nation in passing yds. and 6th in scoring and 6th in points against. Granted, this is against lesser competition. Revenge game here, I would play Texas Tech and expect them to come out firing early.
