I have watched games of Iowa and Minnesota on two occasions this year, and I, among others, expected Minnesota to be favored in this game, so I am jumping all over this early line.

Exactly. I always do very well at the start of the college football season. Give it a few more weeks and I will likely start getting crushed.

Gophers +7 and M/L. I don't see any reason to look at this Iowa team and think they will somehow cover the 7 points with the way these two teams have played. I honestly believe that the Gophers will win straight up, but as you can tell, I have an obvious bias.
