This is pretty close to a coinflip game if you ask me. Home field gives PSU the edge but I would make this line closer to 4.5 and -200/+170.
Should be a low-scoring game. Temple's quarterback is terrible but they have a good running game and pretty solid defense. Penn State might still be a little better but not by a wide margin.
This matchup has made me boatloads the last two years as I've sided with Temple HUGE both times. I'd have to imagine they should be the play once again today but something seems a bit fishy with the line to me. I really am surprised it opened at 9 even though it's 7 now. Should have opened no higher than 6.
