    Frowning the Book
There are no "systems" that stand the test of time. The published line is the experts best guess (they are good at it, it's their job) plus the adjustment for the "popular" side of the bet. More popular the pick worse the odds. Trends become popular and the man destroys them. A common sense and logical approach is to use multiple guidelines and multiple propositions to benefit from the diversity of sources and balance your bank. I've found this approach keeps me close to 50% and allows for some strong results. The last two
weeks have been wild, maybe has run it's course. My guideline bets (line doesn't change my picks)

    LaMonroe/Virg/E Carl/Mich St/Geo Tech/Kansas/UCLA/Ball St/Cal/Rut/Aub/Lou/Az/Az St

    First three weeks picked 75%
Have had some luck with three team "box" Az/Az St/Kansas/UCLA
Please share any guidelines (NtrDm as dog - Kansas St with Snyder coach)
