    5Dimes SB cash order 'completed', funds never received. SBR support emails ignored.

    Order #42631
    3000 betpoints for $200 USD at 5Dimes.

    This order was marked completed on April 4th. I know it can take some time to receive funds so I waited.

    I sent an email on May 7th to inquire about this. No response.

    I livechatted and spoke with optional on June 3rd. He asked me to send an email to forum@sportsbookreview.com as it would go to all site admins and it would be dealt with. Email sent but no response.

    I sent one more email on June 10th. No response.

    I've been nothing but polite and patient. I understand that the issue may be on the 5Dimes side but at the very least I would expect my points to be refunded so that I can place a different order.

    Can someone please assist me with this?

    Most likely that will happen. But it might take some time.

    There should be though when sbr store goes posting "who said being a pro is worthless" in players talk while ignoring all these people

    This is my last reply to you here, CWD. Again, you just contact me once and I helped you. Now that you gave me the update, I will ask the store in charge to check that email you have forwarded --- as what has been instructed from you.

    Again guys, SBR store merchandise (US) store orders and Sportsbook cash orders are two different things. They are being processed differently. Sportsbook cash may sometimes have delays for it involves sportsbooks in the process...but US store orders can be processed immediately, and if you have any concerns about facing delays in that order, you can contact me immediately to check that. You don't need to wait 4 months and act as if you are being ignored.

    4 emails over 5 weeks and not one response for usa store order so yes i feel ignored ok

    Dont worry i wont be renewing membership and too bad you forced all this into forums that shouldnt have had to happen
