3000 betpoints for $200 USD at 5Dimes.
This order was marked completed on April 4th. I know it can take some time to receive funds so I waited.
I sent an email on May 7th to inquire about this. No response.
I livechatted and spoke with optional on June 3rd. He asked me to send an email to forum@sportsbookreview.com as it would go to all site admins and it would be dealt with. Email sent but no response.
I sent one more email on June 10th. No response.
I've been nothing but polite and patient. I understand that the issue may be on the 5Dimes side but at the very least I would expect my points to be refunded so that I can place a different order.
Can someone please assist me with this?
