What just happened in Milwaukee? Line just dropped 9 points?

Placed a bet on the Pirates +150...than came back a minute later and put them in a dog parlay. When I went to confirm the line moved from +150 to +141!!! Im guessing lineups just came out or something? And do I get greedy and put a little more on the Rats?
