I am being slightly biased because I do live in San Francisco, but lets compare the Dodgers schedule to the Giants schedule. The Dodgers still have to play Washington, Cincinatti, and St.Louis. That is a tough stretch of games and a tough way to end the season hunting for a WILD CARD spot now.
The San Francisco Giants have just finished another win against the Atlanta Braves and have 2 more games against the Braves still. So it can end in a Sweep of the Braves, a Rubber Series, or they can take 3 of 4 which is still extremely respectable. After that they have the Houston Astros, Chicago Cubs, San Diego, and Colorado left on their schedule. They still have games against the Diamondbacks and Dodgers though. None the less the dodgers need to go on a mad tear against the Nationals, Reds, and Cardinals and still keep up with the Giants.
I am looking forward to the Giants winning the NL West and moving onto the Playoffs.
