I thought the same thing when I saw the early line. I'll bite and be the sucker and load up on WAS.

It's better to be a sucker and bite then fool trying to be smart...basically I'm on was I'll be a sucker but only a fool will bet against was when ss is pitching against a team not named nyy Stl or tex

I've looked at so many Kershaw, Verlander, Weaver lines this year that have looked like "trap" or "sucker bets" and watched them cash.

Bottom line is do you think Strasburg and the Nats win this matchup 56% of the time? I do, so I'm on the Nats.

Dbacks just got off a 10 game road trip, flew in from the East Coast. They don't even get to enjoy a home stand. 3 games then back on the road. Just a little side factor to think about. Cahill's home #'s are why I'm big on Nats here.

Personally, I like the Cards +$ against the Phillies more than the Dbacks here at a similar line.

i got the Dbacks tonight too. i think they will catch up at the end when the Nats take Strasburg out in the 5th or 6th.

also, anybody on the White Sox tonight? i think that A's -104 is a sucka bet too.

If Washington's bullpen doesn't blow it they'll win imo. I've never placed a first 5 bet but im considering it here. BOL whatever side you're on.
